SPONSORSHIPS
The sponsorship of cultural assets involves private contributions to support the costs of conservation and management of cultural heritage. This allows the association of a company’s name, brand, image, or product with a cultural asset or initiative, including businesses such as companies, firms, and corporations.
  • Technical Sponsorship: The entire project, or part of it, is designed and executed by the sponsor; the services can include both the work itself and the provision of instrumental services and supplies necessary for the project.
  • Pure or Financial Sponsorship: The sponsor provides funding, including by assuming payment obligations on behalf of the administration, arising from the contract.
  • Mixed Sponsorship: This is a combination of the first two types, where the sponsor may, for example, handle only the design and provide funding for the planned work.
