Trial projects

As part of the initiatives promoted by the Park in collaboration with public bodies and associations for interventions aimed at economic, territorial development and social integration, are included the messa alla prova activities, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice – Court of Naples. Probation is an alternative measure to the criminal trial that allows the defendant to avoid a sentence through the performance of unpaid activities in favor of the community (Art. 168-bis of the Penal Code and by the Cartabia reform (Legislative Decree 150/2022).
